I dont think if you continually washed it it would completely come out, but i know using anti-dandruff shampoo strips some of the colour out, it would probably best to go to your local salon and they will either add some highlights and build back your colour over time (which is alot better for your hair) or strip out the colour by using a bleach bath which gets great results straight away, then add the colour you want over the top, however i have had that done and it can damadge your hair, but if you intend on getting a good cut your hair should be ok. i hope thats some help to you x

Try vosene shampoo - good for stripping out the colour, however this will only fade it and not return it back to blonde. You can go the salon, they could strip the colour using a product called efisor, however this probably will cause damage but this is the only way am afraid!

I was told fairy liquid is good for that as I did a home dye -purple highlights but it actually went bright pink. Mine faded over time especially as I wash my hair every day. So I would try fairy liquid.

Do you mean semi-permanent dye as in the ones that wash out in 28 shampoos? Usually I'd just wait it out but if you're desperate you should go to a salon to get the color fixed

Or if you're desperate and low on cash, get some bleach and possibly blonde hair color and bleach your hair then redye it. But that will just kill your hair more.

Hi, not sure where your from but there is a brand called crema colour and they have a product called REVERSE that will work if your hair was definately never coloured before or MYHD 'my hair dresser' brand also has one too. Reverse retails at $27.95 and myhd $19.95. Thats in australia. I'm actually surprised you didnt go green straight away..lucky could be becuase you used a semi.

The best way is to do it at a salon, but it´s costly and ruins your hair. I did the same, I´m naturally blond and went blood red, it took me ages and a lot of cash to get it back to normal. Had to go for lots of treatments too...

good job that you only got a semi one, and not a permanent!!

All i can suggest is to keep washing your hair regularly. you will soon fade, and return back to your natural colour.

strong anti-dandruf shampoos get rid of non-permanent hair colours, not in 1 wash but it does work, although to go from black to blonde i doubt it would work in 1 day, and it might look funny when its half-way washed out.

the only proper way to do it is go to a salon and have your hair stripped! i done it and it will just turn a green/ brown colour but it'll strip out OK you just need to have a few conditioning treatments.

You could always try a Britney Spears. Drastic but works.
