does any straightning shampoo and conditonar help to keep hair straight if you use straighting irons as well and straighting balm.or would that make my hair to straihgt cause i dont wont it realy straight and flat

I have very curly hair, and my fringe is grown out to the same length and the rest of my hair. My problem is that despite the curls, the roots of my hair lie flat, so the bottom is curly and the top just looks lank and bad.

Anyone know some good tips to get it to sit up all day long?
