I am a male, suffering from hair loss. I do not want any instsny methods like grafting etc. Pl. suggest me as to which shampoo should I use? How to take head-bath & at what frequency?
Matter is very serious. Pl. help.

Because i bought a hair color removal kit to lighten my hair to use before applying a semi permanant hair color(such as manic panic) but i don't know if i HAVE to use bleach for more intense results.

my hair strait as a board. its shoulder length and no layering. i tell my hair stylist every time that i want it layered a lot and she only layers the bottom inch. i have ot go to her because shes my neighbor and i dont know if i shouhd high light it (its naturaly blonde), or get a perm or layer it or what...I NEED HELP!!!
