How do i get it shiny like that?

grow it and brush it . and pay an army of hair dressers to work on it

First, spray your hair with a heat protectant spray. Blow dry (in a downward motion) using a round brush. Then go over your hair with a flat iron. Finish with a dime size amount of shine serum (not only does it help with shine, it gets rid of flyaways). Good luck!

Hire a professional photographer and stylist. Not to mention a great photo editor. If that's too far fetched, try taking the photo with you to several salons to see who is the most confident to do it for you.

after the coloring...
after the simple cut...
use lemon juice...only a bit...and just kinda pull hair into separate pieces and stuff...throughout the day...if u leave ur hair alone, it will naturally take more of the form in the photo
don't use moose since it feels gross, hard, and smells gross...and u have to wash ur hair the same day

use pantene ice shine shampoo and conditioner for shine and garnier frutris has a serum that i use and it makes ur hair look nice and shiny.

was your hair the night before you want to style it. then apply a straightening mouse or cream to yor hair section by section, blowdry, then use a straightening iron. then put apply shinning serum to the hair.

straighten it, and then wrap big pieces of it around a curing iron for a couple of seconds, just the end of the hair though.

go to a salon thats pretty good ask someone if they can cut that design in your hair and do the highlights.
