It's really easy. All you need is a curling iron that gets really hot. You just have to bassically curl your hair. You need to start at the bottom, about 4-5 in. before the ends. making sure that you don't use a spiril curler, and one that has a big tube, slowly move down, and twist. experiment with different amounts of hair. It really starts to look like hers, when you have mad layer.
