For salon conditioners I like Paul Mitchell cleanse three. It makes my hair really soft after and they don't test on animals. It doesn't really have a smell though. As far as store bought I like the herbal essence citrus conditioner for colored hair because it smells so good. They both work but you use a lot less of the salon one and get the same results. It takes twice as much of the store bought kind.

I use Dove extra volume. It's for fine/thin hair. I like it because my hair is oily and on the fine side. It doesn't weigh down nor does it dry out my hair. Pretty much all the Dove hair products are really good and inexpensive. Plus, I work in an automotive shop and when I've had my hair up all day it still smells good when I take it down at night.
I don't know about the Pantene though. I always thought that they added waxes to their products. I could be wrong.

I really like the Design Line, a products by Regis. Their Olive Oil Shampoos and Conditioners are amazing, with vitamins E and K. It smells delicious like some sort of tasty fruit and make my hair feel great. It's the good stuff that will last a while. I also heard that panteen does have wax in it. I haven't tried their new stuff though. I didn't like their stuff they first had that's for sure.

Why go for hair conditioners from the market when you can use home-made conditioners that work wonders??????
Try the juice of one large lemon mixed in 1 cup of yoghurt. Apply to your scalp and hair. Wrap a scarf over it and leave for an hour. Wash nicely with warm water and then shampoo well. You can do this once a week and then once the texture of you hair becomes naturally soft and shiny, you can do it once a month. No harm in trying it once, right??

Well I prefer argan oil conditioners as I believe these are the best conditioners to keep your hair healthy, as long as they're sulfate and silicone free. I use one called Pro Natural’s, its an argan oil conditioner that salons use for hair that needs to be kept strong and healthy. It makes my hair sooo soft and it smells really good. Love it much! ⥠⥠â¥

Being a Native American I have used different shampoos and conditioners, for my long thick locks, and always bragged that I could wash my hair in gasoline and nothing would change. I am older and my hair is breaking to a point that I don't want to go to work.

The best is a new brand just coming out called Organix. It has organic active ingredients and is sulfate free, so it wont dry out your hair. The fragrances are awesome! You'll be able to get Organix in the next few weeks at Target, Albertsons, Kroger, Safeway, etc. You'll love it!

You look ugly so I don't think the type of conditioner you use will make a difference. And yes, pantene contains alcohol, so drink up.

I just started using SunSilk products. They have products for each type of hair, (dry, fine, etc.). They make your hair smell soooooo good. Not expensive at all and they are available at drugstores and supermarkets.
