i think both are equally bad. just towel dry it. wrap the towel over your head for 10 to 15 minutes. even though it wont be that dry but its better then blowing your hair and leaving your hair wet throughout the whole night. you 'll get headache when you get older.

Blowdrying is worse.
It's better to go to bed with your hair wet, you can even try sleeping with your hair wrapped in a towel.
Blowdrying it will dry your hair out and you'll end up with split ends.

i think blowdrying your hair at night because the noise and the heat isn't bery nice when your trying to wind down and go to bed, and when you got to sleep with your hair wet the worst it does is make your pillow a little wet!

Blowdrying it at night. :) It causes hair to over dry and causes breakage. Going hair with your hair wet is better but in the end, just let your hair air dry. By the way, you have the most horrible grammar I have ever seen.. It's worse, not worst.

The answer is not either, or. Both Allergists and Dermatologists recommend you shower and wash your body, hair, and face before you go to sleep. This is because skin cells get in your respiratory tract triggering asthma episodes, and hair oils get on your face triggering acne. Allow enough time for your hair to air dry before you go to sleep. In the morning wet your hair by spritzing it with water from a spray bottle and style it however you like, including but not limited to a blow dryer on a low setting.

I try to blow dry my hair as little as possible. I have always been told that blow drying only damages your hair. I have naturally wavy, frizzy hair. So, if I have wet hair before I go to bed, I braid it back. It makes it easier to sleep on, prevents some of the morning frizz, and keeps my pillow relatively dry.

I think it is worst getting up in the morning getting your "hair" wet at other part of your body.

it is best you avoid blow drying if you can unless you use a heat resiting treatment (shampoo or serum). If you go to bed with wet hair its best to wrap it in a loss bun and then when you wake you have the added bonus of lose waves.
