is this a good idea? it says it will wash out in 8-10 shampoos...i'm just afraid since my hair is light it might come out more orange.. and then not wash out in 10 days. SUGGESTIONS?

What is the best brand and best durability being that they are pricey, I have heard Corioliss, Chi, Sedu, Solia, Hai, what is the best at straightening and will last especially with my hair it is naturally curly and frizzy, I want to get it straight as a bone. Thanks. :)

okay i have shoulder length hair and i want it way longer..any products ..come on!! anything that can help is appreciated!!

I had a thought about thinning hair. I am getting thin on top, and I want to try some stuff first, like Rogaine, etc.

But it occurred to me that I could do my OWN hair transplants. Getting it done by a professional is obviously quicker and less painful - but INSANELY expensive.

AS I understand it, they pull individual hairs out at the root from the back of your head, then make tiny incisions in the top of your head and insert the follicles there. They have to do like 1000 follicles.

Couldn't I pluck the hair out by ther roots off the back of my head, then use a very fine needle (strelized, of course) to poke holes in my scalp, and then insert the follicles? Of course it would be difficult and painstaking. Depending on how much pain I could endure, I could do 1000 transplants in under a year if I did three a day. Painful, yes - but FREE.

Is this possible?

I dont think it is a perm because she had straight hair in the show earler. it also looks like she has gel in it.

What can I put on my hair to protect it from the sun? (I don't want to dye my hair. I don't do that anymore.) How can I help my hair retain its natural shade?

I recently got a haircut that chopped off the hair that was lightened by the sun. My hair looks darker now, and I love it.

I am going to get my hair cut and colored. I want to go from a medium brown to a blonde. This isn't a very common movie, but I want my hair the same cut and color as Kate Hudson's in "Le Divorce," but I don't know how to explain the cut and color to the stylist. my mother was just in the hospital and they came in her room with this cap and put it on her head and washed her hair with it. I guess there was shampoo or something in it. anyway does anyone know what this cap is called and can you buy them. my mother is handicapped and it would be great to have something like that when doing her hair if she doesnt feel like a shower that day but her hair is dirty .
