My hair is dark brown with a few golden blonde highlights, and im thinking of putting red highlights in my hair but i dont know if its going to look bad.

I have very dark hair and have natural red highlights (from the sun). They look great.

I have dark brown hair with a light brown highlight.. and some red highlights as well!! I realllly like how it looks! But just to warn you.. red fades... FAST! and starts to look sort of orangish.. so it needs touch ups often!! But besides that i think it looks good!!

Its going to look great ,i have brown hair with red highlights and i also add some blond and it looks really cool

Try a strand test, maybe it would look better if you streaked the highlights in instead of doing the whole head of hair.
But I do think it would look good, sounds like it would be pretty.

I think it would look good, providing you have a professional do it for you. One thing to keep in mind is that red fades quicker than any other color. (It will become light brown.) Be sure to buy a color-preserving conditioner to keep the red in.

They look really good for about a week and then they start fading and normally fade really fast.
