Hair normally sheds 50 strands a day so if it is a long stand of hair and not breakage it is okay especially if your are eating right (also take a mulit-vitamin), using good products, not applying extra stress to your hair (tight ponytails),and cleaning hair utensils (brushes and combs). Relax it is normal, I know I shed terribly.

if your really worried, you can go see a doctor, but the average person looses from 70 to 80 strands of hair a day, so don't worry too much

a couple of strands I would not worry about that is normal. If you see your hair thinning then you have a problem.

losing up to 100 strands of hair per day is OK. So you don't have anything to worry about.

As long as it is a couple of strands you're ok and that is perfectly normal. When it becomes clumps, its a problem and you need to see a dermatologist.

Don't worry. it is normal for your hair to fall out because it shows new and healthy ones are comming in. it happens to everyone, including myself, especially in the shower. and you can't stop it. It's not like your hair is being ripped out or anything. it just happens naturally.
