Hair Style help!!?

How do you make your hair curly like this:

I dont think it is a perm because she had straight hair in the show earler. it also looks like she has gel in it.

her hairs naturally curly i think. cause i remember that episode. but anyways. when youre hair is wet. preferably after the shower, apply gel or mouse and scrunch it with your hands and then apply hairspray everywhere. its called scrunching. but if your hair is COMPLETELY straight, i dont know if it will work because my hair is semi-wavier than it is straight. which helps it curl when its wet. anywyas.

hmmmm it looks like a towel dry with a little bit of frizz,curly gel or creme

while your hair is still wet..apply gel or mousse...then as you are drying your hair you need to use your fingers to "scrunch" your hair as you are drying...
When you are done...just set your hair with a hair spray...Scrunch gel is great for this look too!

if u have curly hair all u do is put some mousse and hairspray in it. cuz that is what my hair looked like be4 i cut it

wet hair use moose then use crunch spray use hair dryer to set curls
