i am new in UK. my English is not that good. i want to go to the hairdresser and cut my hair. not all of my hair just the front of it. that part comes in the beginning. i want to cut it into layers (steps). i want also to remove (waxing) the hair in mustache area. what should i say?

i notice i shed alot of hair in the shower, i'm starting to worry. i want full hair and my hair seems to be falling all the time. how much hair a day is normal? i use straightners and curlers alot. Maybe this is part of the problem. what products can i use to help. thanks

i have light brown hair naturally. about 1 year and 1/2 ago i got blonde highlights that i liked at the time but now i'd much rather have dark brown hair. i'm going to get lowlights, put on heavy. my eyes are dark brown, and i have tan skin, so im hoping it wont look too dark, you know? its like, the color my hair is when it's wet is the color i want it to be when it's dry. do you think the hairdresser will be able to understand what i'm asking for? id appreciate any advice.
ps. i also heard that to make it look more natural, brunettes should darken their hair with red lowlights. but i dont want my hair to be red. what should i do.

I have thick brown hair that comes down to about my mid upper back. I can not get it to stay in a messy bun. I have tried gel, hairspray, spray gel, some sorta wax product, everything nothing works.
