Neither one!! For years I have been using both, only to find out that they are awful for the hair. Joico, Paul Mitchell, Redkin, Aveeda are just a few of the good ones. They are a bit pricey, especially Aveeda, but worth every penny. You will see a difference in your hair, and like everything else, you get what you pay for.

Depends on your hairtype. In my personal experience I'd have to go with Panteen Pro-V.

NEITHER!! don't use that supermarket crap, its horrible on your hair, it doesn't make your hair anything like you'd see in their commercials. get a decent salon brand, there expensive, but there very rich, you only need the TINIEST bit- so they'll last ages, its better for your hair and the results are SO much better, pay the money you'll be glad you did! :-)

Pantene, without a doubt. At any price. Although Sunsilk is a nice occasional switch.
