I purchased a highlighting product to use. I have colored and/or highlighted my hair myself for the past 15-20 yrs. I have NEVER had a problem with color not working. I just used an Herbal Essences Highlights kit with the comb. Hubby followed directions to a T... Didn't work!! I have a skunk stripe down the center of my head. The product didnt color the lower sections of my hair that it was applied to. Has anyone else had a problem with this product? I plan on the company to complain, should I ask for my money back because it didnt work as it stated it would? All I can say is thank goodness I dont mind wearing a hat.. Yes, its that bad. Thanks for any input.

I just got my hair cut today and the guy who did it really had no idea what i was asking for and he gave me a horrible haircut. I keep busting into tears because i hate it so much. I had been putting it off for months because i wanted to make sure i went somewhere good.
When i 1st realised it wasn't going right i stopped him and told him i wanted him to change some bits but he just made it shorter without changing his style.
Should i go back and ask them to fix it? Should i ask or my money back? It cost me £37 and i feel i've been ripped off.

Omgosh I have had black hair for about 2-3 months now and I wanted to go back to blonde cause my blonde roots were growing in so I bought hair dye, kind of a yellowish blonde and it dyed my blonde hair yellowy but my black hair that was black is still black???? What can i do to get rid of the black?

I have a long-oval shape face, so my hair falls flat and straight down. I want it to have more body on top, and I would also like to be able to kind of flip it/brush it back and have it stay there like the girls in my grade do. The problem is, every time I do that b/c of my face shape it just falls flat. Are there any special ways I could blow-dry it or nething? THANKK YOUU!

isnt in patches. if you get up close, im sure you can see it.just a gray---or should i say WHITE--hair here and then one there. my ? is----do woman like men who gradually go gray or like them to color it. I would like to know what the average cost for changing ones hair by bleaching it, then highlighting it and then cutting it.Also, how often would one have to continue to get their hair highlighted?
In a beauty parlor, or by a general hair stylist.

at all and i went back 1 week later to get new highlights. i have darkbrown hair and i got like light brown and brown highlights which i liked.

but now i would like to have more highlights or better said, i would like to have a lot lot more lighter hair. either highlights or all of it colored.

how quick can you get it colored after the highlights 2 month ago????????
