Any face is flattered by long, straight, sideswept bangs. Only Audrey Hepburn can pull off very short bangs - long ones are way more flattering even if you aren't sweeping them to the side. If you have a low hairline, bangs can hide it if they are parted forward above the hairline. If you have a big forehead bangs can cover it up. They can be a lot of work, but they look great on most people.

An oval face
People with round faces doesnt look right because most people with round faces have a little forhead and bangs will make the forhead appear smaller(not good)
But people with oval faces have sorta big forheads and a bang will make the forhead look just right!

I've always thought heart-shaped faces looked best with bangs, but sideswept bangs look good on pretty much any female.

its not about bangs. its about how you wear them andyour eyes. I find that longer bigger eyes look best with straight down bangs that are bold. If you have smaller more centered eyes, side bangs are best. Theres big leaf like swept bangs, straight down bangs, rockabilly bangs, part bands. You just have to find which are best for you

what will define if you need bangs is your forhead if it is long and if it slopes backwards you are an good candidate for bangs avoid if you have little forhead as it will be heavy on your face for no reason....
