Ask them to cut your fringe, (asking for layers is good) and ask for your 'upper lip' to be waxed. Welcome sweetie.
PS...please do NOT ask for 'Bangs' we in Britain call it 'Fringe'

I'm not sure if by "the part in front" you mean bangs, which normally sweep across the forehead, or just the part that's closest to your face.
If you're really concerned about what the cut will look like, you might want to bring in a picture of what you want. It could be a picture of you with that hairstyle, one downloaded off the internet, or even from a magazine.
Most hairstylists are fantastic at using pictures to cut hair. I've personally always done this and it's worked out great for me. If you're still nervous, you could call around to different salons and ask if there is anyone there that speaks the same language as you. It's a long shot, but it's worth it.
I hope you do well!

Your English is actually much better than most English people who use this forum! Just go to the hairdresser and say what you have written here.

You said it pretty well actually. If you're nervous, you could write it down. Also, salons like it when you bring in pictures of what you want your haircut to look like, so that's a good way to communicate with them without having to worry about the language.

id tell the stylist what you typed and bring in a picture of how you want your hair done (to avoid any possible confusion), if you feel uncomfortable speaking in English, write it down and show it to the stylist :) but i dont think you would be, your English seems fine to me!
