I'm loosing my hair day by day, what can I do for this?? I don't have dandruf that much, I use head& soldier and sometime nizoral shampoo. I keep my hair short, still I'm loosing hair. please any advice???

I am a brunette with very fair skin. When my hairdresser colors my hair the skin around the hairline gets colored even though she puts on "a barrier gel". What else can be done? Thanks.

Ok, I use to have blonde hair (unnaturaly) and then I had my hair dyed black, now my hair is brown with blonde highlights. It has been this way for almost a year now. How to I go back to having blonde hair? safley!!!

Once I had just dyed my hair some new and interesting color (several colors and a couple of years ago), then a couple of days later, at my gyno's office, the receptionist said she liked it, then commented that she might try it too if she wasn't fat. My husband has had very subtle blonde highlights in his mid-brown shortish hair for a few years. Yesterday he went to a new hairdresser and came home with huge clumps of bright yellow hair in patches all over his head. We immediately complained and he returned to the salon where they put more peroxide on it to turn the shade from brassy yellow to peroxide blonde. It's better than the yellow but still hideous, and to make it worse we go on holiday in 4 days. His roots look black now against the bright blonde, and the contrast is awful.

Can a brown dye be put over the top of it to try to get it back to the original colour, or at least tone it down a bit? (The hairdresser has agreed to do this is if he still isn't happy, but I don't know if they are to be trusted). Please, please help as he looks such a state and he's worried about spoiling all the holiday snaps!!

I am a guy dressing up as a Debutante for Halloween (its meant to be fun). Since I have around shoulder length layered hair anyway, my sister suggested I didn't really need a wig but could just style my hair like a Deb. Most people (here) have suggested that some kind of curled updo is the most appropriate style to go for and I am going to salon in just an hour to get it done before the party tonight.

The stylist said something about setting my hair on rollers and then styling it after that.

After the salon I have to get back home, change into the ball gown costume and some make up. Then it's the party from about 7 to Midnight.

Are there any tips to keeping the updo intact since I won't really know how to fix it if it comes apart. Thanks.
