Try making one braid and then tying it up into a tight knot at the back of your head. This always looks sophisticated and stays up. To avoid the grandma look try fashionable hair clips, maybe even chopsticks if you feel comfortable with ethnic fusion.

Weave your hair into a tight brade, and place a hair ornament above the first braid.

hi actually i don't know the name of that hair style but my mom makes it & that looks good she just collect em'all and roll them then she puts a kind of chinese chopsticks on them actually i don't know what actually it is but it looks good and royal
