I need some help, I wanted to dye my hair blue to freak out my annoying hollister girly neighbors. They annoy the crap out of me and I want them to leave me alone. So, does anyone have any suggestions for blue hair dye? I can't go to the store because my parents don't want to take me.

Everytime I step out of the shower my hair is so tangled! I've tried many different shampoos, and conditioners and it leads to the same thing. I've tried detangeling sprays also, which don't work at all. I'm tired of trying to comb my hair and ripping all my hair out! Any tips on good shampoos I should try?

I haven't had my hair this short since i was 9. It just touches my shoulders, and there's still some highlight damage at the bottom. I got the highlights professionally done, but I spent too much time in the sun and pool, and that ruined my hair. What can i do about the "straw" effect that i have at the tips of my hair?

Hey this is a question for guys between like 18-20. Im 18 years old and I have hair on my arms, legs, chest and stomach and its annoying i dont really like it. i mean i can tolerate the hair on my arms but the chest stomach and legs i hate it. i was just wondering if there was anything i can do to it to make it so its not so hairy. so if there is any advice anyone can give me i would really appreciate it. thanks.

why does my hair feel all dry after i blow dry it? isnt it surrposed to striatin out and be soft? i do wash and condition it, it look healthy when its wet but after i blow dry it, it gets all rough and dry how do i fix this? p.s i am a dude, and im not gay

I've seen a lot of articles on diffusers, and before I go out and buy one I really want to know if they are that worth it. I have long thick hair and its naturally wavy. And when I blow dry it it becomes straight and I want to know if the diffuser would keep some of my natural wave.

Yes. Whenever I go out into the sun, my hair changes colour. It's naturally light brown/dark blonde. But in summertime, it is a LOT lighter and more yellowish. I do not use any chemicals or dyes like hydrogen peroxide etc etc.
Please explain to me why my hair is crazy.

I have let my hair grow, trimmed, grow, cut some, grow but I still have every length of hair possible on my head!!! I see pics of people with smooth, shiny hair without one strand sticking out where it shouldn't be!
