Does anyone now how to get their hair like the picture of Marie Antoinette costume in Seventeen magazine?

I saw that too. If you put your hair in sponge rollers you should be able to do it. Backcomb your whole head and then pull it up to how you want it. Then use bobby pins in pairs to make Xs to hold it up. Finish with a maximum hold hairspray. Good luck!

Unless you have hair down to your ankles, make a form out of chicken wire or sturdy foam, and wrap your hair around it. Then pin the heck out of it and spray it white.

Find a salon and have them do it...it may require hair extentions.
