Sounds like you have a lot of split ends. You need to add moisture to your hair and avoid excessive exposure to heat and harsh chemicals like chlorine. Cut away the frizz( it is a lost cause) and keep your newly growing hair well conditioned and well nourished.

They have this stuff by John Frieda called frizz eaze. Its slimey but it keeps the frizzies down. Also, if it is course and frizzy you could try a really good moisture shampoo like Dove Intense Moisture. It works great on my hair.

If its straight fizz, then apply a straightening balm or a anti frizz.
For curly apply a curling agent.
For both and any frizz,
wash with a suitable mositurising curl or straight haired shampoo, wash twice, then put in a general conditiner, and brush through eiethr with fingers of=r a comb. Leave for 3 mins and wash out with cold (not hot water, it makes hair frizz)
then re apply a conditioner suited to curly or straight or coloured. What ever you have. Leave for 5 mins, (make sure you have hair in a bun.)
Then there are more than a few ideas.
1. Wash it out and loosly plate hair to keep it from frizzing.
2. Leave conditioner in- worrks a treat!
3. Wash out and apply a anti frizz and then plate
4. Wash out with warm water and apply an anti frizz and then wrap in a warm towel to open pores in hair to absorb all anti frizz.
5. Wash out conditioner with cold water, and apply an anti friss for straight hair or a curling agent for curly hair. loosly plaite two plaits on eitehr side of head and leave to dry naturally. (I do this one) and my hair isnt frizzy!
In morning sprits with water and apply more anti frizz or curling and dry naturally, or if you have straight, straighten hair and apply a general antifrizz.

Frizz Ease Smooth Start shampoo and conditioner work great. John Frieda's brilliant brunette shine shock is great. As well as the Frizz Ease Shine spray.
