Like I said the texture of my hair is coarse and want to know the best way to light the color of my hair for something very noticiable light like ash blond or even silverish...or I'll be fine if only get highlights ..which is the best way to do it at home without spend a lot!
Thanks

My friend and I disagree. She thinks it about once a month, while I think it is closer to every two weeks.

Thanks

I follow the steps for getting straight hair but end up with a crazy like afro!! When i get out of the shower I towel dry my hair, the I put straightning balm in my hair. I then blow dry it and use a bristle brush to comb through each section but my hair becomes VERY poofy and a disaster. Its horrible because I see everyone else with beautiful straight hair and I would like to try it to but its immposible. >>>please help this desperate teenager!!

I had a haircut four days ago, and got a shorter style that requires mousse in it. I don't want to wash my hair everyday, is there a way I can just refresh the hair, or do I have to wash it?

I'm a guy with about 3 and a half inches of hair, black. I dont wanna get a huge all haircut ut rather just a small trim and even it out and make it look a little cleaner. I have all the professional supplies yet never took a class or anything. I plan to use scissors really, im not a fan of those bulky machines. Tips? Thanks!

I have natural dark brown hair and olive skin tone but my hair gets so light from being out in the sun. Since fall is coming I think it would look best if I darken my hair. Should I do it myself or go to a pro?

I have very thick and waivy hair and am straightening a lot at the moment. I think I might get it permed - is there something along the line of a thermo perm??? I'm sure I heard the word - its supposed to be less aggressive on the hair than a normal perm... is it permanent? Any information on perms that will help keep my hair fairly healthy would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I find that a grade 4 on my sides is too thin because I can see my scalp. Should i go for a grade 5 or would it not make much difference? How for up does grades go up to? I have very straight hair as I am asian. I don't like my hair to be too short. What style would suit me best?

It responds to the over the counter products for a while ( stuff like Tgel-or tar based products for few days) but seems to come back-those products seem to dry out my hair and scalp more---Im tempted to shave my head!
It is thick at time you can almost peel a pieces off-i know this sounds awful but I am sure Im not the only one out here that has experienced it----do i shampoo more often--not as often--not at all--any info will be appreciated---maybe it will be the bald look for me after all--------thanks

i have 2 curling tongs, a small thin one with spiral guides around it for little small curls, and a big thick one for big curls or waves... the small one works no problam... but when i use the big one.. no matter how long i keep my hair on it and how much hairspray i use... my hair just falls right back straight! i really want nice gorgous curls & waves and i just don't understand why its not working! ive heard other people say the same thing about big barrel curling tongs not working for them, so its nothing to do with the brand or anything, and the tempeture is just as hot as the small tongs, so i just dont understand why it dosnt curl my hair!!!! is there some sort of special tecnique for doing it... but ive read the instructions and im doing it perfectly! help please! thanks!
