I had a haircut four days ago, and got a shorter style that requires mousse in it. I don't want to wash my hair everyday, is there a way I can just refresh the hair, or do I have to wash it?

i think that washing your hair and then adding product to it such as mousse works better than using mousse on dry hair.

Depends on how much mousse is in it, but if you start to style it you're running the risk of causing the excess mousse to flake and look like dandruff.

I say, just wash it. You could always do it the night before so it doesn't take you as long in the morning.

Wash it, or get it wet. If you try to run even your fingers through it, you'll look like you've got the worst dandruff in the world! Try some hair waxes! they are much easier to refresh, and you can still get your fingers in there to fix it. No it doesn't feel gross! That's what most men are using on their hair & you could try a product like bed head for a few dollars & have it last more than a month.

You might be able to spritz it lightly with water. That should reactivate the mousse a bit and allow you to work in your hair. I kinda think that by the 4th day you're due for a washing though. You don't want your hair to be all gunked up.

Moose is kind of gummy and looks like dandruff after a day or so. Try Infusium 23 leave in conditioner and Thermasilk volume and shine tonic. They add body and leave the hair a little stiff so that it will retain shape. Use a blow dryer because Thermasilk is heat activated. Then if you need more control use hair spray.

When you do refresh it put a small amount of mousse and water in your hair... the water allows it not to get all flaky and it also doesn't let it look slick either...

Get some leave in volumizing spray that will keep it looking "alive". You may wanna try a little more mousse, but dont put too much product in or it'll look greasy and weighed down.

Just spray it with a little leave in conditioner & re-style it. The conditioner will keep it hydrated & healthy.
