hi ,im 29 n i started greying from the time i was 25...people recommended me to either pluck my hair or dye them ..but dyeing really doesnt work taht well coz once the colour comes out u get frustrated agin ..but recently after a lot of surfing on the net i found out taht premature greying occurs when the body lacks vitamin B it can b either vit b5 ,b12,or b6 ....so i wud suggest u to c ur doctor n do a blood test n if it indicates the deficiency then take the daily supplements ..no doubt u cannot gain ur previuos hair again but u can surely stop new hairs turning grey ... i hope i did help ..

They say if your have pre-mature grey hair it is because you have a defiency in the mineral copper. I would try adding this mineral to your diet. However I think the reality is accepting the grey! You are what you are you can die your hair if you want, or you can shave your head if you think you look good bald. But My true answer is accept it and embrace it and style your hair so you look hip.
some women love a little grey

Gray hair can be a curse or a blessing.Unfortunately you cannot control the growth of gray hair, but you can cover it by getting it colored. Thats the only way.

There is really no control but to dye your hair when you see that it is coming back into play.meaning when the dye runs out just go get some more..and do it again I see other people that is old than me and you doing it so why not give it a try.

It is genetic.. So the most you can due is dye your hair, back to it's natural color.. Or pluck the grey hairs. But that wouldn't be very intelligent as you get more. =]

The only thing you can do is to use either temporary or permanent hair color. It didn't hurt the guy who won American Idol.

i'm 28 and if i didn;t dye my hair, I would have a full head of shiny silver hair, go invest in some dye and gloves.
