Check out a headshop - or check online.

There's actually a lot of drug stores (Walgreens, Rite Aid) that carry it too. Just start looking, and if you can't find it in a store, go online.

I think u can check out some arabic shops for henna in Boston or u can order it from an arabic country via internet.
