i wanted micros(i'm letting a professional do it), leave them in for a month, take them out, go to the beautician so she can treat it, next day, go back and get it done over, and i'll stick with that routine until beginning of novemember. while you here, any tips for your hair growing while braided.

i always dye my hair red, but it starts to fade really fast. is there anything i can do to keep the color looking brighter longer?
it also gets kinda frizzy what products are good for that particular problem?

Ok so I'm a hair change junky, I change color every month. The problem is that now nothing will stay.

I have gone through the summer so far since may without changing the color, killing me....and I was wondering if I should try to go get it dyed b a professional or if I should try to dye it myself?

Also do you know if there are still salons that offer hair stripping? I know my old one won't cause she said it's to damaging, but I don't care about damaging my hair....

I've tried perming my hair before and it damaged my hair pretty bad. Does anyone know if there are any hair products out there (leave-in treatment, shampoo, mousse?) that can give me a wavy look without resorting to another perm?

Does any of the Aussie, Herbal Essence, John Frieda products actually work? And if I were to use these products, how long would the wave last?

i have very dark brown thick hair and i dont know where to apply sun in.
my hair is shoulder length and layered.
my bangs and kinda long, are covering half my face and combed to the side.

i dont want to be applying sun in often to cover my roots.

i need this cuz flat-ironing is damaging to my hair with the heat (dont reccomend ANY HEATPROTECTING SPARYTS NONE WORK FOR ME AT ALL IVE TRIED IT ALL NONE WORK) ,flat-ironing takes forever, i cant get my oh-so-thick hair straight becuz with my wet ceramic straightner from conair even the highest heat setting cant take my wavy-thick hair

my hair is all dried up and fried. its also a bit frizzy. i would often straighten it but theres alot of baby hair that frizzes up. there are some split ends and im not sure which shampoo to use. garnier gives you split ends, pantene makes you lose hair, and thermasilk fries your hair. my hair is highlighted gold and i REALLY need help with this because nothing is working after about 8 years

I have thick, sometimes wavy, brown hair. Its layered and the longest layer reaches just below my shoulders. I usually let it dry naturally and don't use gel very often. I've found that Aussie or Dove shampoo work nicely but I'm always using the wrong amount of conditioner and it takes too much water to wash out or I can't even tell that I used it.
