i don't know about the meso part ..but i got alopaecia once...it was from too much stress....I actually had a 4 in circle of hair fall out the back of my head...... i thought I had cancer or something.... although it grew back...i got a better life style now.... made some real changes....doc said all toxins in my body were so intense from the stress ..it had to come out and sence the head is the highest part of the body...the release was from there...
