Well then get micros, but you should leave them in longer than a month. And I would recommend a different hairstyle that next time because those small braids can take out your hair.

Keep your scalp moisturized and even though you have braids tie you hair up at night. Laying on your braids all kinds of ways can pull at the root of your hair nd make that hair brittle and easy to break off. Be careful when taking them out especially around your edges.

No Braids...wear your fro with a cute comb always stuck in it...shows you like you for who you are... no insecurities or wishes....nothing wrong with braids though....plus....baby lotion will dry you out...in the mean time start using olive oil...apply to the scalp after shower...set for 20 min...then rinse out...don't have to use too much...you can buy a sheen it will make your hair( or braids ) moist....

That sounds like a good plan. If its braided you dont really have to do to much to it. And you can wake up a little later. Your hair should grow while it is braided.

The twisted braids are popular this year, with the tight kinky hair. I prefer them smooth. and hair Super-grow by Allways is the best, smells like coconut and you apply it to the scalp like a grease.

Sorry, I don't have a clue about braiding, but I am sure you will be on your first day back at school

I use a product (Surge - Plus 14). It's very good. I'm very pleased with the results. You have to use it everyday - in the morning and at night. I guarantee this product will work. Enjoy your journey. I sure have. I'VE BEEN DELIVERED FROM THE BONDAGE OF THE BEAUTY SHOP. I hope you will be, too.

Dread locks.
Not really braids, but they're awesome. Seriously.
No, they're not dirty, yes they're easy to maintain, and yes, a lot of people like them but just don't have the guts to do it.
