I have extremely dry and frizzy hair.My hair is quite long ,upto my lower back.could u please tell me how to get rid of the frizz .
Could you also suggest a hair style that would suit me.
I recently tried Lakme Hairnext frizz Smoothening shampoo
but it just made my hair worse.
now my hair looks like its burnt

my little sis catie is 13 and she has like medium brown hair and she wants to get it long over the summer so she was wondering if there were any formulas or pills or anything to get it long, fast! in about 6 to 8 weeks if possible

how to use conditioner correctly ?

Should it only be used after we wash our hair?

Or a leave on conditioner for whole nite GOOD? or is there any conditioner for morning or nite ? What brand of Conditioner is good and what it is used for ?

My nails always peel and break. My hair is so sensitive and breaks in the middle so easily. I condition my hair alot .. and that seems to help . BUt, I am beginning to link the two and thinking I might be missing something. I tried" hair,skin and nails" (1 bottle) and didnt really see any results. My friend told me to drink a cup of milk every night. Should I try that? What makes your hair and nails stronger?? Any Specific drink or vitamin I could take?
