I think the best way it to apply herb. Do oil message every alternate day. Have good vitamin food. Don't take too many tensions. Maintain hair as your life. Trim your hair once in a month. Take a good shampoo bath. Dry out your hair. Then go to a parlour or saloon and cut about 1/2 or 1 inch of hair. You can even cut from men barber. After all they are also good in cutting. Don't have tight plait or braid. Also have gentle plait, or braid. Don't bun your hair or pony tail. As far as possible try to keep lose your hair. Don't brush your hair when it is wet. I am sure you will have long hair and after growing long hair please let me know

there is a thing called an "undercut" but only certain people know how exactly it is done. My grandpa cut my hair about this time last summer at above my shoulders and now it is already halfway down my back. The only 2 problems are...
1. only a few people know how to do it.
2. it takes a while to get started, but once it does... you cant get it to stop...

Take the right vitamins. You should be able to find a multivitamin supplement for hair growth at your local health food store.
