the hairs growth is nomaly 1/4 in a month so figure 6 in year .....thats normal some people are lucky and have a speedy growth on their hair ...if you want to grow your hair out long ...do not damage it with chemicals or hot irons or low dryers.........that way you do not need a trim as often or damage it and have breakage ...breakage of the hair is what makes people think their hair is not growing because they do not get trims in hope to get it longer by not cutting it and in the long run the damage caues the hair to break off and keep breaking causeing the hair to look as if it has not grown when in deed it has...get trims to stop breakage,,,you will see in big difference

I've heard of people whose hair grows only to a certain length and not any longer. Some people are able to grow hair to the floor if they want, while others aren't able to.

my hair has been the same length for 3 years now but the problem is that when new old hair falls out new hair grows in but then more just falls out so it could just be that you not taking care of it right. you have to wash it and blow dry it every two weeks and get special treatments every two months and keep cuttin your split ends

i think b12 or something helps with that. teens grow hair faster around puberty, and hair and nails grow faster in the summer. people's hair also grows at different rate, or you could have some sort of hair disease. but thats usually hair loss, not stopping it growing

some hair grows slower than others, but it does grow faster in summer..keep the ends trimmed and that will keep it looking better and not breaking and looking shorter...

Only if you are dead your hair doesn't grow. And if you were dead you wouldn't posed this question.:)
So it probably grows less that it does in others.
