Not advisable for a guy to do it unless you intend to keep it that way. Reason being when your pubic area starts growing hair again, the short hair stubs will irritate the hell out of you. You don't want to be caught scratching your balls in public now do you ;-)

The best question you had asked. Most people have shy in asking this question. I will give my own example. I shave once in a week. It is really nice and fantastic exprience. As such we wash our public area while bathing. If hair is there obviously the washing can't be done that effective. So you can shave or trim with clipper. I generally clip. I have a lovely clipper. But most of the times I shave and the exprience I can tell you is awsome. My personal exprience is that I don't get itching. It is really nice. I am shaving my public area for 15 years. Some times I shave once in 3 days. So go ahead. Don't have too much opinion.

i use nair or veet (hair removal). It's faster but you have to be careful and not leave it on your skin too long because it might become irritated. If you don't want to use that just shave but be careful and use a new clean blade every time. I think no hair looks pretty and tidy. What do you like? What does your boyfriend like? lol.. im sorry i thought you were a girl.. anyhow my boyfriend shaves his and I LOVE IT!!!! It is a total turn on and just makes me want to give him a ********. anyhow, i also thinks it makes the penis look bigger in size without all that hair.

Go for it. I shave my pubic hair regularly. Give yourself a chance to get used to it. It may itch at first, but this fades away. You'll find that girls who like it REALLY like it (usually, everyone's individual) those who don't like it usually don't REALLY hate it. It's not the main er, instrument used in sex, so has less of an impact than other factors. It's appearance and aesthetics.

I shave my pubic hair and it makes me feel nice down there. I would advise you to try it and see if you like it or not. Then you can decide if you are going to do it again.

It's a nice feeling to shave, especially with an electric razor. It increases sensitivity.
Can itch some when the hairs start growing back, which is a turn-on, too.:-)

It's a personal choice. Do it once -- you'll either love it or hate it. Itchiness is accompanied by the regrowth.
