i tattoo'ed my eyebrows but the didnt like it. i took some off and now instead of ink i have a scar...where can i find some local laser scar removal?

I have a few inches under shoulder length blonde hair. It's pretty straight no matter what, but I have some layers in and I'm thinking about getting a hair cut before school let's in on August 20th and I don't want to have layers again. My mom said no perms, bodywaves, anything with bad chemicals to possibly harm my hair. What kind of hair cut should I get? I don't want short hair maybe medium length hair but I would like to have curly/wavy hair but I would need chemicals put in!!!!!
And I can't just spary moose,gel and hairspary in my hair every morning!!!!!!!!!! HELP PLEASE!!!!! Well I'm 12 and going into 7th grade so and appropriate hairstyles you would know of?

So i have been thinking long and hard about getting a tattoo and i have come to the conclusion that i am going to get one. My biggest worry is the cleanliness. I dont understand what has to be autoclaved and what doesnt. My friend is gone to the place i THINK i want to go to. Her tattoos a nice, and she said they opened the needles up right in front of her which eases my mind a little. If they use new sterile needles on each client does that mean they dont need to autoclave anything? Is the needle the most important thing that needs to be sterile?? She also said they use disposible cups for the ink, so that means that should be clean right??? The have an internet site www.uptownink.net please feel free to check it out and give me your need back. I went to the sop Friday and it was very plain jane but looked clean. I couldnt see much becaues they have private rooms.

I want to go shopping soon and buy some more summer clothes. A lot of my summer clothes are kind of similar though; i.e. jeans, skirts, tanktops, etc. I was thinking of some ways to add more variety and I heard that overalls shorts/skirts were coming back in style this summer. I kinda like the way they look and I think that they'd look cute on me, plus I haven't had any to wear in a very long time. I was wondering what other people think? Would they be a good thing to try or should I look for something else?

I've been researching over the internet and have found a few ways in which to naturally remove a mole.
1. Castor oil and baking soda mixed together to form a paste that you should apply to your mole daily.
2. DermaTend formula
3. Christ Tomlin's book, "No more moles, warts, or skin tags: How I can safely removed moles" [Have to buy the book to find out]
4. [I think this sounds kind of...err...]Scratch your mole gently with a needle and tape garlic or an eggplant to the area of your mole while you sleep....

Yeah, I would like to know if any of these methods work.
