I would have to say white top with a yello necklace. I think you could do the necklace or not. You can follow up with some accessories that are yellow and white. This way the outfit wont look to off. If you follow up with more yellow accessories with the white shirt, it will look perfect.

you can wear a white skirt but you can also wear a black skirt to tone down the top because they are two very bright colours.

I'd say either navy or white.
But make it plain navy or plain white, nothing with a pattern.
