cleanse your face with a daily cleanser and then apply a mask or do the mask first and then cleanse your face... also how can i make my eyebrows smooth

I have tried so many foundations. I prefer a creme to powder, the problem is that I have to take it off then reapply it several times during the day. I would like a foundation that is for women of color that stays and do not streak. I do not want to look greasy all day either. Any suggestions?

I am 27, boy , and i want to wear all the dresses that gilrs wear and do what girls do , in brief, i want to be a girl, many of the times i wear the skirts and some dresses of my sister, i want to move out wearing a girlish dress, most probably, a long skirt with top and full make up but i am worried if some one sees me in that what will happen, i want your help how should i proceed in that, as i want to go out as a girl.

Whats nicer with eyeliner or with out? On the top lid the bottom pointy at the corner? Whats nicer? I used to wear a lot the none now i wear a lil bit but i think i need more and when i put it on i ussaly smudge it away to nothing. Or cover it with eyeshadow.
