I suggest going to Rue 21 or Forever 21. Though if your not so much into the girly stuff (I'm not) then go to Aeropostale they have cute shirts and hoodies. I don't care for the jeans so much but everything else is really cute. GOoD LuCK!

I live off of Forever 21, Charlette Russe and H&M. Great clothes and they're really hot and up to date. You also might want to try online only stores like Alloy.

ebay has everything and you can find it realy cheap. most of the time you get the stuff with tags still on. i got a ecko red hoodie worth $90 for about $45 including shipping.you can get shirts for as low as $5. only set back is you have to wait for shipping and set up an ebay account if you dont have one (its free!) hope this helps!

You didn't say where you live so I see a few places named that I'm not familiar with - here's some in my neck of the woods [FL].....Beall's Outlet, Ross, TJ Max. Hey, Wal-Mart ain't all that bad. Might even find something at a thrift store or consignment shop.

if u live in philadelphia...then thers lots of stores
rainbow(always hav sales like 5 to 10 dollar cute tops)
g+g, easy pickins(great shoes), conway...cute jeans for like 10 to 15 bucks)
and im not sure if these shops ar in otha states but u can look...
