Can I wear a blue suit to a New Year's party? Of course I will be wearing black shoes and belt, but I am not sure if it is formal enough being that it is after five...thoughts?

i have curly hair and i wanted to know, how in the world do i keep it from frizzing? i take showers in the morning when i get up, and then i put gel in it, but the gel after ir dries, makes it dry and feel really stiff. any solutions before i start going out of my mind?

I'm wondering if wearing a vest with a suit is still fashionable

the vest's color matches the suit in fabric and color (of course)
it has buttons down the front

just to clear that up

I will also be wearing a tie but not overtop the vest

I have darkish brown hair, dark brown almond eyes, smaller lips, tan skin, and soft features. I myself like bold and dramtic but I want to know what will look GOOD on me.

I have heard that leaving your hair wet is bad, but when I use a hair dryer, it makes my hair poofy and dry. Leaving my hair wet makes it hydrated, but leaves me with headaches. What is a positive alternative to air-drying hair?

Ok so I just got side bangs. My mom is a hair stylist so she did it for me. She had done a terrible job. I told her and she was offended but said oh it will grow stop whinning! Not too expensive, but not too cheap.
I wouldn't suggest Walmart or Kohl's; I think their quality isn't very good. The quality doesn't have to be the best, though. Any suggestions?
