Permanent colour after using wash in/was out colour?

I want to dye my hair permanently however, i have been using Shaders and Toners temporary hair colour (lasts 3 washes). The box on the permanent colour is a bit vague about previously coloured hair. What is your advice?

Creases in face from sleep help?

I sleep with my face to the pillow, and the creases (near my laugh lines) do not go away like they used to. I can't fall asleep any other way and I end up face down no matter what. Any products or treatments you know of to get rid of these creases (inexpensive)?

I was in the mall yesterday, and there was an Avon cart in there and I bought some Anew deep crease treatment. I know a lot of these products don't work for everyone, so I would like to hear some success stories!
