That applies to an awful lot of people, some beautiful, some ugly. A lot depends on how you dress and act. sounds great for a classic look, with heels stockings and a skirt. Sounds dowdy in a pair of sweats and sneakers.

yeah it would but you won't really stand out. no one knows when people say hey, u know what brown haired girl? umm which one. if u said the brown haired girl with the little pink highlight then u'll be more noticed. try something subtle but noticable.
