You would first have to see you skin color it may look better if you have olive or tanned tone. But Brown hair usually looks good on most people. By the way be careful if you die your hair at home because it can dammage and dehydrate your skin make sure you read the instructions.

do you have black hair right now like in the picture then sure but nothing to light like blond or a really light brown try a dark brown.
