leggings and a simple pearl necklace it doesnt have to be real pearl either also make sure that the necklace is shorter than the neck line of the dress. its classic cute and cheaply simple. :)

Wear a silver sparkling necklace that hangs down to the cut of the dress, some nice silver studs and a white clutch (it's a handbag but it looks like a purse, really hot right now) and finish it off with some really nice heels!

silver would be really cute!!! i suggest anything shiny, so u can stand out in the crowd. If it's a low cut dress then wear a necklace that is just a little bit shorter than the cut.
