I think you should just do some google searches for prom dress stores or ebay.com. There are so many different styles you should go to a lot of sites and make sure you are ordering one you really like and in your price range. I would really reccomend going to a store because i usually would try on 30 in a day and only like how 2 or 3 look on me.

If you don't mind them being worn once before..or sometimes not worn at all, you could look on ebay for some good deals...
Fairygothmother.com has some neat dresses too
