Well balloons would look very cute in those colors. I also saw in a magazine for red, black, and silver(or white)... Get white roses(real or fake).. then some black and red fabric paint and then dip the roses in the paint and then let them drip upside down by holding them upside down.. then get a vase(glass or clear).. and get some silver ribbon and tie it around the vase. Sorry if you don't like it but yeah.

Balloons in those colors - helium filled - wide curled ribbon in those colors. If this is a b'day to your special someone add red heart shape balloons - but just in one place - a group of all of the colors with red heart ( maybe three sets of these at most).
