My hair is dark brown with a few golden blonde highlights, and im thinking of putting red highlights in my hair but i dont know if its going to look bad.

I have pierced my ears 8 times before and now I'm thinking about piercing my belly button. I have the propor jewelry for it {surgical steel} and I have my old piercing cleaning solution handy to clean it, but I want to know how to do it proporly. To be honest, I wanted to go get it professionally done, but I live in a bad area and all the places I went to were dirty. I don't have the money for gas or the time to ride a bus to get to a nice piercing place. I just want to know if this is safe and how to proporly care for it.

I have blue eyes(they are two different shades), strawberry blonde hair, and pale skin. My eyes and lips are also big. my mother was just in the hospital and they came in her room with this cap and put it on her head and washed her hair with it. I guess there was shampoo or something in it. anyway does anyone know what this cap is called and can you buy them. my mother is handicapped and it would be great to have something like that when doing her hair if she doesnt feel like a shower that day but her hair is dirty .
