FIST OF ALL THE LAW HAS CHANGED EVEN WITH A PARENTS CONSENT, A PROFESSIONAL AND SKILLED TATTOO SHOP WILL NOT TATTOO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 IN CALIFORNIA, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES...
Besides your 16 your going to get something that say 3 years down the road you will wish you did it different.You really need to take the time and do your research, if your in southern ca, i suggest TRUE TATTOO or GoldRush Tattoo in OC. IF YOUr in NOR CAL
i suggest BLACK HEART TATTOO IN SAN FRAN OR TATTOO 13 IN OAKLAND
But wait till your 18! OR EVEN 20!

I don't see why you would want one so young. I know, I know you know what you want and you will love it till the day you die but speaking from experiance, your life changes dramtically between 16 and 18 and so on. The image you choose now might be valid right now but when you are 21 it might not be. Give yourself a chance to live a little longer and experiance a little more...the tattoos you choose will be better anyway because they will mean more.

um you have to be 18 in cali to get a tat from a shop...go anywhere else and you're asking for trouble. if you know that getting inked is the right thing for you then 2 more years won't matter. good luck

if you live in nor cal. there is a place called reubens on 16th and mission and they are really good and not that cheap and alot of people go there and are happy with there results
