What is the proper way to apply eyeliner?Which color is best for dark brown eyes?..and does lighting eyeliner with a lighter before you use it make the eyeliner look better?

I'm wanting to go from brown back to blonde (since blonde is my natural). Im doing it the gradual way (3-4 sessions of highlights over a 3-4 month period). MY question is, are the inbetween phases ugly?????

i have tried to change the developer, the amount of developer, clean hair, dirty hair, but it always seems hit or miss, once in a while it turns out correctly but mostly it is turing out brassy. Only in the last 5 months or so. Is it the amount of time on because I usually leave it on for the full 45 minutes even though I am just touching up the roots...is that the problem? Should I only have it on for 10-20 minutes?

i remember receiving a sample of the "Aroma" Fragrance when i shopped in Lancome quite some years ago, it's in a little orange bottle...i REALLY like that fragrance but now wherever i ask nobody seems to know anything about it. And when i check on the official website of Lancome, i can only see the Aroma fragrance as some sort of body treatment fragrance (instead of a kind of perfume) and it's in a green bottle....

anybody has any idea if Lancome has not really put such fragrance in production or something? I really want to find it in some stores etc >.<

How to cover up freckles.....I have a few light freckles on my face that i would like to cover up! Any ideas? No expensive products or surgery (eek) please.

Seriously people, Im kind of on Rosie's side on this. I dont think its appropriate for the US to be represented in any way by an underage drinker as a role model for our children. I want to get her something useful, but I just don't know what. She's going to school for welding, and working full time, so I haven't seen her too much latley. Actully, for about a month. She is a beautiful slender woman that when she tells people that she welds, they are generally in disbelief. She is working so hard, at both school, (She's on her way to a 4.0+!!) and works about 10 hours a day. I'm very proud of her, and I want to get her something great. She's got Coach purses, only wear's one kind of perfume, shoes like mad, so I'm stuck. Please help me out!!

I am a man who works in a fairly casual environment, and on Fridays I usually wear just a button-down shirt and jeans. I see women in this kind of outfit but they have their shirt unbuttoned down to the top of where their hooters start to show.
