How can i alter my pants so that they are lower on my stomach?

They are pants iv had for a while but they're a bit to high up on my stomach and i was wondering if there was a way to lower them.

I think you would have to lower them all around the waistband if you wanted them lower.

Well,I guess get a belly shirt..Thats what I would do..
