I'm wanting to go from brown back to blonde (since blonde is my natural). Im doing it the gradual way (3-4 sessions of highlights over a 3-4 month period). MY question is, are the inbetween phases ugly?????

Not if they are done right! highlighting is the best way to gradually go to another color! Depending on the highlight color you choose! They are probably using a highlift color which over the time this might seem to blonde for you... They can use a toner to knock down the brightness or yellow this can cause! Eventually if you get to a blonde that is too much for you then you can add some lowlights or even have an all over color that is a few shades darker than a pale blonde!

no i dyed my hair brown but i waited like 8 weeks then i turned it into a blond dont worry about it,however heres a warning tip: blond can make ur hair dry and frizzy so i advice u to go to hair care prefessional alot because this isnt a game at all my hair got extremely damage and make sure u buy good products to maintain ur blond hair good lock and dont overprocess ur hair

yeah, i used bleach dyes but had to use them 3 or 4 times to get the colour i wanted. if you do this, make sure your hair is really strong before you start, and you might want to do it a week or your not at school, or work, everyday
