BO is much worse to me. Mild bad breath doesn't really bother me that much.

I think bad breath because people with the worst breath for some reason have the most to say. You usually smell the underarm when they make a swift sudden movement.

Bad breath can be covered up with a mint. Body odor is an indicator of poor hygiene. So body odor is worse.

Body odor, because it is an all over, awful, funky, stench, that makes me want to puke. Yuck. Bad breath is horrible too, but it can be tamed by someone closing their mouth, or popping a quick stick of gum in.

It would depend on which one was the strongest. If I was having to kiss the person I would definitely say breath. I have had a customer in my office that smelled so bad that my boss had to sneak in behind him and shoot him with Cologne. That guy almost made me vomit.

BO is worse...bad breath can be covered up by minty sugar free gum or a breath mint. Why are you asking this question?

Bad breath. It could be dangerous, even. Chronic halitosis could be a sign of gum disease, intestinal parasitic infections, diabetes, kidney failure, sinusitis, tonsilloliths, gastroesophageal reflux disorder (GERD).
But body odour is no less offensive.
