Hello-who wants stinky feet???? Leather+sweat...ewwwwww. Plus blisters/calluses. If you hate socks go with a thinner sock-liner type, will absorb more than pantyhose.

Yes, to prevent calluses and blisters. If you're worried about them feeling bulky, purchase some long black thermal socks. They protect your feet, they look good and they are thin, so you won't feel uncomfortable wearing them. You can find them at a local Wal-Mart.

Yes for all the reasons above, plus especially if they're new boots, the dye can rub off when they get wet, so if your feet sweat you might end up with stained feet.

Leather absorbs moisure and the bacteria that stinks.
Let the cotton absorb the wetness.
They will reduce the chafe and after you sweat, reduce the slipperiness to reduce blisters.

yes because I have worn leather bots with out them and you gert bad blisters and your feet sweat like crazy because the socks arent there to soak it up...so yes
